Lamb Rib Chops 1 LB

These chops come from our 100% grass-fed lambs. They are raised and processed on our farm in our own USDA processing facility. 

They are great pan-fried with rosemary, garlic, and butter or you can smoke them on the grill for a more smokey flavor.
