Lamb Merguez Sausage 1 LB

This sausage is based on a North African spice combination. We handcraft this in our USDA processing facility with our very own 100% grass-fed lamb. We use a lamb casing and zero pork fat in this product. 

Our lambs are rotationally grazed on fresh grass daily and are NEVER given any grain in their lifetime. Our mother flock is grazed the same way and are grain free.
