Refund policy
Our meat products cannot be exchanged or refunded if delivered as described in website listing and in accordance with our store policy. Any order may be cancelled and refunded prior to delivery on request, except prepaid subscriptions. Chapel Ford Farm is not responsible for theft or damage to orders after time of delivery. Products from our small farm may vary slightly in size and appearance. Think we made a mistake? Send us an email at sales@chapelfordfarm.com with a photo if possible and description of your issue and we’ll do our utmost to make it right for you. Any item verified missing from your order will be refunded or replaced at buyers choice.
